About Stargate Korea
Stargate Korea is a practical guide to studying, living and traveling in Korea, written from Seoul for international students, newcomers and curious travelers.
We focus on the questions people actually search for in their first months here: how to handle paperwork, how to get around, where to live, what to eat and where to go on a free weekend. Every guide is written to be useful on the ground, not just inspiring on a screen.
Who is behind it
Stargate Korea is run by Stargate Corporation (주식회사 별의문), a Seoul-based education and technology company founded by Dongsoo Jung. Dongsoo studied engineering at Seoul National University, completed doctoral coursework in smart city engineering there, and has spent many years teaching students in Seoul. Our Korean-language education site is at stargateedu.co.kr and our Korean research blog is at blog.stargateedu.co.kr.
